Can we re-advertise our home?

Hello we accepted an offer on our house 13 weeks ago for a can sale but then the buyer decided he needed a mortgage for some of the money and now he’s is having trouble proving his finances and delaying week after week, but in the meantime I have had two offers from other parties by post. So my question is if I pull out of this deal and take the house off the market how soon can I re-advertise as my estate agent tells me I would not be allowed for six months is this correct and can you offer any advise.

I have no idea where the 6 month delay your estate agent talks about comes from. I’m not aware of any rules preventing you from advertising your property at any time, unless you’ve signed something to that effect with that agent.
