He has acted as Lead Designer, Project Manager, Employers Agent and Contract Administrator on a wide range of project types, from the small to over £230m.
 
Chris qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor over 20 years ago and has been employed both in the public sector and with major construction consultancies.
 
In 1997 he established Arnold Faulkner with Mac Faulkner and the practice has continued to develop based on a simple ethos: -
