Neil and John were brilliant, they worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble. The service was fantastic value for money, even with a big tip!

I arranged for them to come at 10am on Friday 16th November and they did not turn up even after speaking directly to them earlier in the week to confirm details.
I rang and left messages and text them but has no response at all.
I was left in a flat all packed up and had to arrange for another firm to move me on Saturday 17th and had to pay double the amount due to the short notice and urgency as I was supposed to vacate on the 16th.
I would never recommend anyone to use them and would advise against your website as the firms you have are unreliable.

Company response: After looking over our records this job was never confirmed it was left to the customer to confirm and it was not we have jobs in daily and they are booked in asap here at neremovals we want to move you as much as you want to be moved and would never not turn up to a job as our previous genuine feedbk tells the correct story of neremovals and this feedback could or could not be left by another company within the business
