Generation Removals

Generation removals were meant to arrive at 9am. By half past 9 I finally got through to somebody who told me a van had broken down so they would be there for 11. By 10 past 11 there was still nobody here. I spoke to someone again who said they shouldn't be much longer. I then never heard from the company again as they didn't answer the phone until a van arrived at 3:30 (6 and a half hours late). We turned them away as by this time had hired a van and started the move ourselves. The customer service is shocking I can understand sometimes a van may break down however to not contact us to let us know what is going on was appalling. Ruined our moving day adding unnecessary stress.

They were very efficient and the move went very well I was delighted

we had a 45 minute wait for the removal vehicle to arrive at out new home despite setting off 15 minutes after they did from out old house. Presume they stopped off somewhere on the way. They left without reassembling 2 beds, a service we had paid for.
