Migration Monitor

reallymoving.com’s unique position allows it to paint a detailed picture of the UK housing market based on a number of key metrics including most popular postcodes and the average distance moved between houses.

Unlike other companies that may only have access to one segment of the moving market, such as sales, our business model means we communicate directly with homeowners on all areas including removals, conveyancing, HIPs and surveying.

Data compiled from these segments helps us produce unique and all-encompassing reports that clearly show emerging trends and data of public interest.

These reports are published quarterly and are available below for viewing and download.
