Very efficient and knowledgeable - Peter contacted me straight away and had done the survey within a week! We recieved report within 5 days (which included a weekend). We are very happy with the service we recieved and are glad we instructed Peter to carry it out. He allayed some of ours concerns and gave us some good advice in securing the quality of our house moving forward (the house is approx 100 yrs old!). Very good value money - would definitely recommend to others.

Peter was really efficient. He came out promptly after my phone call to carry on a full building survey on a property we were about to purchase. He emailed as soon as the quote was carried out and sent the report via post and email a few days later.

A really efficient service, the survey was done within a couple of days of contacting the company. Peter e mailed the report the same night and included relevant photographs and diagrams to explain the terminology used in the report. I contacted Peter by phone to discuss certain issues and he was really helpful. The cost of the survey was competitive. I would definitely recommend Peter McLachlan without reservation.

Peter was obviously a very busy man, but always easy to find on the phone and available and willing to answer all my questions about the survey. I opted for a building survey since I was buying an older house and it did give me a lot of valuable information about the property. Peter completed the survey within a few days of my contacting him and he even went back in the property a few days later with an associate at no additional cost to survey a loft that was very difficult to access. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends and feel the service the provided was excellent with brilliant value for money!

From the initial contact with Peter, the sevice was superb. We were updated frequently by both email and phone and the survey was done within days. We were telephoned with the survey findings the same day and this was immediately followed by an emailed copy of the report and numerous photos in support. Peter at McLachlan Associates emailed me immediately and from there on I was able to make contact with him by email and phone. He always responded promptly. The survey was carried out within days of my first contact and I had various phone and email updates along the way. Peter did the survey am and phoned me pm with a verbal report and then emailed a full copy along with numerous photographs. The paper copy arrived a couple of days later. We have talked since to have points explained.

It was an excellent service. I was able to make contact with surveyor immediately, by email, and the survey was carried out within five days of my first contact. All but one of my contacts were made by email. Emails were always responded to promptly. Peter was a really nice man to deal with.
