Company Director, Antony Goodman, is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has around 20 years' experience in residential and commercial surveys. The Company is also regulated by the RICS.
Local knowledge and experience are vital elements in providing good quality service within the housing market. A survey gives peace of mind at what is considered to be a stressful time. If there are faults with a property being purchased, the survey provides ammunition to negotiate a reduction in the agreed price. There are 3 main types of survey, any of which will most suit individual circumstances - a Basic Survey & Valuation, Homebuyers Report or Building Survey. Staff at AMG Surveyors will advise the best type of survey and are happy to discuss client queries of completed surveys
