Using Andrew as our surveyor was one of the best decisions we made when going through the house buying process. The service was second to none. Exceptional customer service, the quality of the report was superb (we had friends who also commented on how good and thorough it was compared to other surveyors) and he has gone above and beyond for us on a number of occasions, walking us through the survey to explain and clarify any aspects that we did not fully understand, which I would recommend especially to first time buyers who are new to a lot of this. We would quite simply have been lost without that and I wouldn’t expect to get the same level of service from a big company that simply deliver a product and don’t offer the same level of customer care, nor would I expect such a high level of service from a company full stop.
