Long story short, they went to the effort to reach out to me, they had the lowest price out of everyone I had spoken to. When we threw a spanner into the works with a deadline imposed upon us they were able to move our survey up by 3 weeks. Once we received the report, it looked excellent, was complete with no issues and it was done in a ridiculously quick turn around. Got nothing but good things to say about this company and I will be storing them away to use them again when occasion demands it.

We were very lucky to get in when there was a cancellation. So they called on the Friday and did our survey on the Monday. Very happy with the service.

Very professional report, quality information and attention to detail. Customer service is a bit slow as is a small company but totally worth for the quality you get.

Initial correspondence was swift and a viewing was arranged for an earlier date than we originally had planned. Received report in just over a week from the survey inspection. Report was detailed and informative.

The communication with Mike was excellent. Everything went smooth and as planned, there isn't a thing I could complain about.

Mike was really proactive and checked if I had any areas of concern before organising everything himself. He had the most competitive price yet I barely had to lift a finger. It took about two weeks from first contact to receiving my completed report so I would happily recommend Mike.
