We're pleased to announce a complete rebranding of our website. Phase One is live now, with Phase Two due to arrive later this autumn.

You may have noticed a few changes to our site recently and that’s because we’ve updated our look. However, these changes are more than just a new coat of paint, as, after extensive User Surveys and customer experience research we’ve created a cleaner, leaner, website.  

The content has been restructured to allow for easier navigation and the cross-device usage has been streamlined to create a much-improved customer journey. Of specific importance to the new site is the revitalised Q&A section. Members of the public submit questions related to their move, which are answered by approved Service Providers. 

All our services have their own Q&A section so whether you’re asking about Surveying or curious about Conveyancing, you can find the answer to your question with ease. This not only helps the public; it also helps our service providers increase their own reputation as a knowledgeable and personable conveyancing, surveying or removals company

Our Q&A’s have been a growing feature of the site alongside the 30,000+ reviews held about the recommended Service Providers. In fact, these reviews can be seen in the updated service partners directory where you can learn more about each provider, either from their detailed service description or their reviews from previous customers.

We’ve also restructured our guides and articles to make it easier for users to find more extensive information on a broader range of topics. From HomeBuyer reports to International Removals, each of our services have their own advice sections which are filled with articles and guides to help you understand the processes for each service including. These include everything from; which survey you should choose to how to move home on a budget

With over 160,000 visitors every month, we knew it was time to update the site. So, we focused on optimising the customer journey and the site has been completely updated with a more clearly defined brand. By making it easier for all of you to find exactly what you’re looking for, we hope to take away some the stress of moving and help you make an informed decision that saves you money on your move. 

Commenting on the new site, reallymoving’s CEO, Rob Houghton stated, “This has been a mammoth effort over several months, but we’re delighted with the results and confident that it’s a big step forward in helping us to improve the service we provide to home movers and the leads we provide to our partners.  We are proud of what we’ve achieved and are looking forward to watching it grow”.
