They were very long suffering in dealing with all our questions and issues.

The company were very poor with communication no phone calls or reply’s to calls or emails I sent. I would not recommend this company as moving is stressful enough and I would say the solicitor your using and paying a lot of money for should make this process less stressful. I am aware this is their job and the clients feeling may not mean anything to them but when I bought before the solicitor I used would call me back or she even called to give me updates and explained what she was doing and why for my best interests. (This was in England so it’s not the same process) Wilson solicitors did not do this I felt I was left with little to no confidence in them. A quick call back to explain things would not take a lot of their time.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service however we feel your comments are unjust. We have reviewed your file and we received 14 emails from you and replied to all of these on the same day with the exception of one which was the following day ( it arrived late afternoon) . We also have records of several other emails which we sent to you. We also have records of telephone calls , letters and you attended the office. We do not understand your comments regarding a lack of communication given the foregoing. We would have been happy to discuss any queries you had and addressed all the questions in your emails. We explained the process throughout. Your purchase completed timeously and without any issues. It is simply not true that we did not reply.

Thanks to Tracy this was the most stress free house sale I have had and I have had quite a few. Initially I was concerned that there wasn't a lot of communication but I quickly realised that Tracy doesn't bother her customers with every minor detail hence why it was so stress free. Very efficient and confident and very competitive fee. Would be happy to recommend.

They had my purchase complete in plenty of time and helped deal with problems I had with heating after the sale. Robert was always extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I would say they are easier to contact via phone as a couple of emails went unanswered but they are always so busy so I understand.

Extremely poor communication and we had to chase virtually every step of the whole process. Wouldn't use again.

I m sorry you felt that way however this was a remortgage which was completed in two weeks. There are certain things outwith our control and we need to wait for other parties to respond. Whilst clients expect daily updates this is not always possible especially if we are waiting for another party.

Terrible service, had to change to another conveyancer and found out that alot of things hadn't happened. Almost lost my purchase as a result.

Whilst we are always disappointed if people are unhappy with our service we can confirm that the purchase was never at risk though our actions. A purchase cannot be progressed until a mortgage offer is received as was explained. In this case it was two months from completion therefore there was plenty of time. We apologise if you were unhappy with our service.
