Rebecca Smith (Case worker) was brilliant in handling our case.She is always available,Polite and always welcome and answer/Explain our questions.In regards to the online system I have to say "Its brilliant".From start to finish you can upload documents and see any generated documents such as searches etc and see the realtime progress of our case.Cant thank you enough for dealing with our case fast and smooth.- HIGHLY RECOMMEND -

Alexandra Booth was great. Kept me informed throughout the process. They have a app that you can use but it seemed easier and quicker to correspond via email. Everything is carried out electronically (receiving papers etc) so if you are working away that helps a lot as you don't have to wait long for documents to arrive. If you needed to call for any reason I got through to Alexandra all the time. I have read other people's comments that they could never get through but I did. This is the first time I have used a online conveying company. They do take a little longer to complete the transaction so if I was in a big chain or needed a quick sale purchase I would consider other options. Alexandra Booth was great. Every time I called she was professional and seemed on top of everything. I would try and request her if you could!

Horrific service - they assigned a trainee to the case without our permission , poor communication from start , online portal doesn’t work , they respond very slowly to others solicitors ,rude switchboard . Have made an official complaint and considering referring the case to ombudsman, not paying them and also compensation. Avoid if you want to see your case getting somewhere!!

We note that there was a delay due to the road not being adopted which we had to deal with before the buyer's solicitor could proceed to exchange. We have addressed your complaint directly but apologise if you were unhappy with the service provided.

I’m afraid this company should be zero stars. This is a terrible company please save yourself time and trouble and go elsewhere for your conveyancing. We were assigned a trainee who was absolutely useless. Even complaining did not speed up the process. All communication via the app and by email appeared to be ignored completely. Issues were constantly being raised right at the end that should have been dealt with months ago. They ignored all communications from the other sides solicitors about vital matters and I constantly had to act as a go between. I had to get all my updates from the other side. We are now into our 5th month of a straightforward sale. After finally getting ready to exchange and getting our authority to go ahead, and telling us he was exchanging, the solicitor has gone off on his Christmas break without a word and we have to hear from our vendor that something has all gone wrong again and all is on hold yet again. Not a single word of explanation or apology. What is wrong with these people? So much unnecessary stress on our young family. Again, please please save yourselves a horrific experience and use someone else! Even if you have 4-5 months to spare they will use it all and still not get the job done.
