The process was easy - much easier than with a face to face solicitor. Easy to contact, quick answers, spotted issues, and it would appear that a thorough job was done all round.

Poor communication and lack of response I found my solicitor relatively responsive to start with but as the case progressed it all turned to even worse experience. Generally, I had to send few emails and leave few voicemails before I've been contacted back. Often I've been asked for documents that I've already submitted so it was clear that my solicitor didn't really follow the progress of my case. On the day of the completion, it only took till 4pm to finally get hold of my solicitor and find out that there are delays with the payment from my bank! After the completion, straight after all my legal fees were paid, I've advised my solicitor that the property was left in a terrible state with many unwanted furniture and rubbish. I've sent him a detailed email and photographic evidence showing the poor state of the property was left and asked him to get in touch with the vendor's solicitor to cover the costs of cleaning and removing all the staff. It was over 10 days ago now and since then I've never heard back from the solicitor or LegalZoom. On a daily basis I sent chasing emails and left numerous messages but nobody has contacted me back despite the fact that I made it clear that I wanted to be informed even if there is not much progress in my case but at least I wanted to know that I'm not being ignored. They simply stopped picking up the phone. I'm absolutely shocked by the lack of professionalism and such a bad customer care. My case handler told me 2 weeks ago that the final cash back from my mortgage supplier was transferred over but until today I have not receive the funds and they are still not replying to my questions what has happened to my money. Would definitely not recommend this company or my case handler to anyone.

Multiple errors made by solicitor. See list below. We were selling our property: Different sellers details provided to the buyers solicitors. Error corrected by our buyers. Incorrect names and dates. Wrong name on our contracts. My middle name was duplicated on several documents uploaded by solicitors. This was found by myself and error notified to solicitors. Final documents sent out with duplicate name (as above several days later after notifying). Notified solicitors who told us to 'cross it out' Incorrect address for final documents that were legally binding and signed and posted. Legal zoom provided contact details for our solicitor in Wakefield. Solicitor is based in Leicester. No information was provided to us for postage to Leicester. Buyers informed us that the 21st of August was provided as date for completion date as a mistake by our solicitor. 18th of August was agreed upon by all parties multiple times before error of 21st of August by our solicitor. Solicitor always had incorrect information regarding buyers. Informing us they were mortgage leanders from a bank. In fact I corrected her several times they were cash buyers after talking to buyers several times. Solicitor rung me up with extra £180 payment with no explanation of reason. In fact she was asking for forms I had sent her 2 weeks previous. This cost was reduced to zero after I personally spoke to the buyer. Lack of understanding of personal cases from the solicitor. Final charge taken from solicitor greater than the quote provided. Still chasing this up with solicitor as an overpayment.

Terrible company - avoid at all costs. They ignored and didn't advise me about emails from the vendors solicitor about the completion date - the first I heard of completion was on the day it was meant to happen! Usual slow to sort out of issues, with sloppy checking of deeds and lazy legal knowledge and service. The worst conveyancers I've ever used

Legal Zoom is a complete misnomer. My solicitor is uncommunicative - both myself and the vendor's solicitor have continual problems getting hold of her to the extent I have never spoken to her in person. I have no idea where I am up to in the process of purchase but receive calls a few times a week from my estate agent about how Legal Zoom are holding up the process. It seems I could have completed weeks ago with a different firm. From losing 'signed for' post to failing to request information, the service has been intolerably bad. I would NOT recommend this firm to anybody. The only positive is they have prevaricated so much my mortgage rate has come down.

They are inefficient & callous. They gave me a date for moving which my seller knew nothing about. This resulted in me & my disabled husband losing our holiday as we thought moving to a disabled friendly property quickly was more important. They do not reply to emails in 2 days, as stated in their contract. The only reason I used them is because of the glowing reports on your site. When I started having problems I checked other social media & nearly everybody is unhappy with their service. I don't know if they're just overworked but I feel you are discrediting your service by promoting such an inefficient company. I am still in the midst of trying to move but I'm terrified of what these hopeless people are going to do next. I would say to anybody considering using them don't. Save yourself the heartache. I also would be reluctant to use really moving again because unfortunately I don't have confidence in the reviews as they are nearly all glowing.
