Swift service, excellent value. They do have an app I downloaded. they used this to send me "stock" messages and never responded to my messages. Correspondence by email and telephone much better

I would highly recommend. Grace kept contact virtually every day with any updates so we were fully aware of where we were at. The app was also really useful for tracking our stages. Grace worked really hard to ensure we completed on time which we did with two days to spare. We are really grateful for the service we received.

I didn’t feel confident Beaumont knew what they were doing with my remortgage. Their customer service on the phone was unprofessional. The person told me all of their caseload rather than inform me when they would get my case completed and what tasks they needed to complete. They didn’t respond to my messages when I attempted to enquiries1 using the online chat. Considering the fees for Conveyancing I expected to be kept more informed throughout the case.
