Very professional and efficient. Extremely pleased with the service from end to end.

The guys were generally pleasant and helpful, although the team leader was sometimes fairly impolite. We were downsizing, so space at the new property was limited and boxes needed to be got rid of before more items could be moved in. The team leader made the guys watch while I physically collapsed empty boxes so they could take them away there and then. There was also little heed paid to the requirements for the pandemic, eg the guys generally did not wear masks and quite often no gloves either. The whole move seemed risky from the point of view of providing an opportunity for transmission by an asymptomatic carrier - either by the guys to us, or vice versa.

They were excellent. Really good communication, very responsive and gave me a great deal of reassurance throughout. They were not the cheapest but I felt that the accreditations and references that were presented on their website justified the extra cost and their service supported this.

I was very impressed with their service from start to finish. We had a survey done for an accurate quote and the man who completed that was helpful and pleasant. Their communication throughout was good, and the actual removal workers were amazing, worked hard and quickly to a very high standard. I would recommend this company!

When packing the removal van, the workers packed our ANTIQUE 150 year old dining table, which they were informed was not only an antique but that the feet and legs were delicate, the table was packed on it's feet and then when we arrived I saw that there were at least 20 boxes of books packed on top of the table.the wood had exploded due to the weight of the boxes. When asked about the huge mistake, the foremans reply was "oh well".
