BSM Removals

I cant recommend BSM Removals highly enough. I booked them just a week before our move and they managed to get us in for our quoted price. They were very friendly & efficient on the phone. The three movers were lovely and went above and beyond to make the move go as smoothly as possible - they told me to put my feet up and just cracked on! Couldn't be happier with the service and I will definitely book with BSM if I ever move again!

Yes - They were excellent from the first phone conversation to completion of delivery to my new home. It was all very rushed - just 2 days notice to arrange moving out, & with delays with legal completion I wasn't sure when I would be able to move in. But they fitted in with my timing at short notice, fitting in an extra delivery for me which meant they didn't finish their day until 7.45 pm. The removal team were very professional and friendly and made it all look so easy. I moved to a 1st floor flat which was supposed to have a lift available. But that day it was out of order and the team had to carry everything up the the stairs, which they did so without any complaints. I would definitely recommend this firm, they have a very positive 'can do' attitude.
