At first I was worried as some reviews has been quite bad (those moving into area London). However, I was really impressed and please for the speedy and professional service - they even covered my mattress and gave me extra bags and boxes. The movers were friendly, not what I expected at all.

Very efficient, they arrived on time. The flat was packed up in 45 minutes and unloaded the other end with no damage in roughly the same time.

They was terrible. They damaged my new home, only took 70% of the items I was quoted and paid for to move. I had to hire a van and take a day of work to move the rest of the stuff myself. I called to complain but they don't seem to care. It made my moving experience one of the worst times of my life. I thought that's what they was paid for, to take the stress out of moving. I'm awaiting their response now and if I don't hear nothing back I will be reporting them to Trading standards, the Ombudsman. The van sent was to small, and the 2 guys who was rushing around with my expensive furniture couldn't wait to get of to their next job. They said they get paid more money for the more jobs they do. No wonder they was rushing. I wish I never contacted this website in the first place. As soon as I did I got bombarded with calls from nearly every removal company within a 20 mile radius. Absolutely harassed, especially by simply removals! Frazier didn't stop calling my phone. When I new I was going to move I thought I would go with them as they was persistent, but what a mistake! Wish I read their feedback on Google first. Such a bad reputations. I'm awaiting some kind of compensation. But guess I will have to complain to the highest person available. I'm considering taking them to court, I have photos of the damage their sloppy rushed removal guys done. Horrible experience.

Excellent pre-move service, but the team who actually did the move were scrappy and incompetent. They didn't mention they had plastic bags until they'd filled at least three boxes with soft items. They used unnessecary toll roads and charged me for them, both ways. They failed to wrap numerous fragile items. Their packing method was extremely rushed and showed little care for efficent packing or grouping similar items together. They left the house unusable after packing the night before, to the point that the stress made me incredibly ill. They were constantly confused about what needed packing and what didn't, they seem London rental focussed so very inexperience with house moves involving a lot of furniture.

Very slow in loading, broke a couple of things, no reply from customer services.

Unfortunately, the department was closed over the festive period an as a result this has cased a delay in responding quickly to emails.
