Sure Removals

We have quite recently used SureRemovals for moving our house. We are very pleased with the level of service from start to finish. Special credits go to Paul and Dima who were pretty skillful, did an excellent job and made removal easy for us. I definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with the removal team Paul and Ali - so efficient in packing up and very polite. Everything arrived safely.

Very professional and hard working guys. Turned up half an hour early which was no issue! They moved quickly and efficiently to get everything in the van safely and securely. They didn't rest until it was all unloaded the other end either. All done by early afternoon - only slight snag was the team weren't notified that we'd requested 5 wardrobe boxes which was a pity. However they hung our garments along the side of the clean van so no real issue, just bad comms between head office and the guys. Would recommend this

Liam was quick to respond via email and the whole process was smooth and easy. The removals guys were professional and worked quickly. All in all, it was a great experience and we’ll use them again.

They turned up on time. We had one really nice man (Eric) plus 2 others who were ok. All very rushed but I know we had to keep to a timetable.

Was great to have them to move my belongings, they did a good job, waited for nearly 6hrs for the house keys and made sure that everything were packed and taken away. Did a second trip as lorry was full. I would recommend using their services to anyone looking to move house.

The company does not provide a good service I suffered lots of frustrations I told them my daughter-'s wardrobe dies not requir dismantling as it was brought in in one piece but they didn't listen. They removed the doors and broke one of the bars for hanging clothes and didn't tell me and I don't what they did withe bar as I can not see where it is. They took money 120poinds for dismantling the wardrobes and later refund it after a long time of waiting and emailing for the refund. Their admin communication is very bad they do not have good customer service at all. They do not have the customer at heart but money. I took pictures to show that they first filly dismantle the wardrobes but took money for it that is when yhey decided to refund it. I am not a happy customer at all and would not recommend this company.

The sales team is responsive and helpful. The moving team of Marius and Julian are fantastic. They are friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, worked hard, and helped us move smoothly. Highly recommend them!
