The quote was accurate and an excellent price compared to other quotes I found. The survey was booked in straight away through the estate agents so it was very hassle free for me and then I received the report a few days later. It was thorough. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend cosey homes.

So happy with the service. Kept me updated from first enquiry through to delivery of report. Just a shame they wanted an extra payment on top for a hard copy of report, for some people this may be a necessity-so would suggest better reflected by offering a reduction if you only want the report by email.
