David provided a prompt, professional and friendly service from day of enquiry onward. A comprehensive report was produced well within the quoted lead time which investigated areas of interest / concern that I detailed. As a construction professional myself, I would not hesitate to recommend Spotlight Surveys.

The service we received from David was excellent! He was always really easy to contact and organised and undertook the survey almost immediately. The survey we received was very comprehensive and as first time buyers he was very helpful in explaining the findings in his report.

This was the only company who actually took the trouble to read exactly what we needed to be surveyed. The others just sent automated replies for a survey for those buying a house.This website may be OK for those moving but of limited use to those seeking a different service.

David provided a fast, helpful, highly professional and informative service and we couldn't recommend him enough. We have just received a highly comprehensive report on quite a complicated property. As soon as the survey was completed David provided us with useful information on the propety which meant we could start the ball rolling on some issues, whilst waiting for the full report to be typed up. From the introductory letter to the completed survey report, David Willis was professional in every aspect and I would not hesitate to recommend David to whomever seeks a survey for a property. I will certainly be appointing David again as my surveyor in the future. Highly recommended.

They were very efficient. I would say, some mistakes were made in the survey though. The property was built in 1930s, but yet the surveyor noted it was 1950s which is quite a long way out for a surveyor. Also he made comment that there was an alarm in the house which there isnt. It did concern me, to see if all of the other facts were correct or not.
