Westview Property Services was very helpful. They provided me with an in depth and thorough survey that I would go on to use to guide me through my home renovation. The price for the survey was really good. Others charge much more for a similar job. I would use this service again if the circumstances required.

I never received any terms and conditions from the for. I had to chase the written survey a few times. The survey itself was very brief and didn't get me anymore information than I could have ascertained myself. I was very disappointed and thought it was a complete waste of money and will not be recommending your website as I don't think you vet the firm's your recommend.

We thank our customers for providing feedback. The customers comments have been noted. It is vital to our development as a service provider and already we have taken steps to address and improve any areas in which we could be found wanting. It is refreshing to see that the customers, Reallymoving and ourselves do not shy away from criticism even if it appears damaging to our reputation. The mere fact that Reallymoving have published this feedback underlines this. Customers, are entitled to receive the highest quality of service. We test this by encouraging feedback, whether good or bad. If we don’t get it right, there is never any hiding place. We fully support any positive steps that identify any tangible or specific weaknesses, or indeed highlight any areas where we can improve our performance. We then endeavour to put things right. Ideally though, we prefer to be given an opportunity to put things right beforehand. Generally, we enter into continual dialog with local customers early on to understand and rectify any misunderstanding. If we are aware of, or given the opportunity to address any apparent problem areas, we are then able to do so in a balanced, honest and constructive manner. This we find is usually a very productive way in which to settle any issues of concern. Overwhelmingly we believe the service Westview provides is highly effective and gives many aspiring home owners accurate and factual information that enables them to make an informed decision about a property purchase. We are pleased to see that other customers endorse this and are generally satisfied with the work that we do.
