Robert provided an extremely thorough report, and was very helpful in explaining the details in the report in follow up conservations. Robert made time to discuss the issues in the report with me at great length, which I really appreciated as some problems were found that we were not expecting. A great service all round.

Robert was excellent - he was very down to earth and took time to call us and explain his findings and recommendations. He had a great understanding of Victorian houses and the problems which are typically found, and has reassured us that the house is in a reasonable condition. I would recommend Robert to any first time buyers who are unfamiliar with the house buying process and need honest, impartial advice.
