HLA Surveyors LTD have by far been the best company I have used thus far in my process of buying a house. They have been extremely professional, reliable and great value for money. They also kept true to all deadlines and kept in constant contact. Would recommend.

I'm currently embarking on my first house purchase and found HLA Surveyors to be highly efficient, thorough and informative. Other parts of the house-buying process can at times feel frustrating and complicated, but HLA have been very easy to work with. Jamanul is an amicable person who proactively took the time to explain the survey contents. I would happily use HLA again in the future!

HLA surveyers did the job well.I am very pleased with their service.they did survey within the time limits and each and every corner of the house they have che cked and given a very detailed report.i recomented 100%.

They were the quickest to get a surveyor out to the property by over 1 week !!! Report came back in 4 days and in so much detail, the surveyor actually called me before sending me the report to make me aware of the problems. After reviewing the report myself, I spoke with the surveyor in depth about my concerns with the property. Highly recommend HLA surveyors.

HLA carried out our homebuyers survey. Although we were advised that we would receive the report within 5 working days, we didn’t expect to receive the report the following day! The service and communication was brilliant. I liaised with Hassan mostly and Jamanul who were both very polite and responsive. The report was clear and concise. Should we need another survey carrying out in future we would look to use HLA again.

Very efficient and dealt with my enquiry promptly. The price quoted was very reasonable compared to the other quotes. The surveyor made a detailed inspection of my property and this was reflected in the final report that was electronically sent within a few days and only requested payment on being satisfied with the report. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to the wider public.

Hassan the office manager was great and responded to my queries in a timely manner. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and also managed to get the report over to me within 3 working days. Report was easy to digest and inspection seems thorough based on comments contained within the report., Brilliant service and will use again in the future.

Great communication. Replied to all questions really quickly. Report was completed within 2 working days. Overall we were really impressed.
