I chose them after seeing the favourable reviews online, particularly around the speed of the survey. They did not disappoint - the service was professional, in depth and quick. There was a mix up with my estate agent about when the survey could be completed, and HLA took all of the hard work around this out of my hands. As a first time buyer, I found the report I received to be clear and easy to understand.

Very prompt and professional service. Easy to contact by email and telephone and I was impressed with HLA's quick response since they viewed the property within a couple of days and provided immediate feedback by telephone which included informal pointers, advice and considerations. They provided the formal HomeBuyer survey just a couple of days later which was detailed and contained a lot of useful information which I would never have thought about and which could save me considerable money in the long term.

Absolutely 5* service from start to finish! Not only was the price very competitive, it included chats with the surveyor, the option to point out particular areas of concern and a very comprehensive report. They were very quick to respond to e-mails and helped us through the process brilliantly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

HLA, were really professional and as a first time buyer they were really supportive and walked me through the survey after they sent it. My estate agents weren't the most supportive and I think Jamanual and his team handled the situation really well. I would really recommend using them for the level of professionalism they displayed and speed at which they got back to me.

The company provided a quick and professional response following an RICS survey search. I required a survey urgently which resulted in a quick turnaround. From the moment I received the quotation the communication and professionalism has been superb. The survey was thorough and the report was sent to me within the time they have promised. The report was comprehensive and outlined major defects such as structural issues and saved me potentially tens of thousands of pounds. I must say the surveyor called me to discuss the issues which was an eye opener for me as a first time buyer. I will definitely use the company going forward and would recommend their services to anyone without hesitation. The quality of the service from their admin staff and their surveyors is second to none and I am absolutely delighted I have found them.

HLA Surveyors were at the lower end of the quotes I received, so I was sceptical about instructing them. There was no need to worry and I would not hesitate to recommend. I contacted another surveyor from reallymoving but he didn't return my emails or calls, so I instructed HLA on the back of this. HLA emailed me immediately after instruction and arranged a survey on the property we are purchasing quickly and without any fuss. The survey received is much more detailed than expected and we have raised a few questions via our lawyer. Jamanul telephoned me as soon as the survey was emailed. He has been very helpful and has offered to talk through any questions we may have. If I'm going to be really, really pedantic, there were a couple of small typos in the report but on the whole, the report was excellent quality.
