Excellent Service, comprehensive report.

I was very impressed with this company. Annie is really helpful and friendly and liaised with my vendor to arrange a date for the survey. The report was thorough and reasonably priced. Phil Routledge emailed me on the afternoon after the survey to confirm that there were no major concerns and followed up the next day with a 36 page report with photos. He responded quickly to a few points I wasn’t sure about, putting my mind at ease. He also helped me with another query three weeks later when he replied by return. I would recommend and use this company again if required. Thank you Phil and Annie.

Very quick to respond to emails, friendly and great service - I didn’t have to do anything! (they contacted the estate agents directly and arranged entry to the property) excellent communication, I received an update from Phil once the survey was completed and I had the report within 24 hours. Report was clear and had a good level detail - including photos.

Phil and Annie couldn't have been more professional and helpful with the service they provided. I took a level 3 survey with them and for this they completely arranged things with the estate agent/vendor, provided a detailed (119 page!) report including photos, and this was followed by a twenty minute telephone conversation to discuss ways I could go about remedying some of the issues identified. When initially comparing quotes, they were consistently the quickest to respond and did so in the most detailed way. This level of service continued right the way through and Phil even said that he'd be happy to follow up with any other enquiries based on the report once we move into the property.
