Aims
Having worked within the private and public sectors, mainly for large surveying practices in both the west end of London and Manchester I formed Egerton Surveying Ltd with the aim of offering customers a professional and personal service where you deal direct with myself. I have no corporate sales team or consultant/ zero-hour surveyors.
It can be difficult to find a house you wish to buy and then find a surveyor who will carry out the correct type of survey, to the level of detail you require. I speak with all customers both prior to and after a survey and encourage further contact once the report has been received to discuss any concerns in greater detail. All reports include relevant photos to help explain any issues found with quick turnaround times.
Professional standards
As a full professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, all my work is carried out independently and in strict accordance with professional ethics and standards. Professional indemnity and public liability insurance is provided and a significant amount of Continued Professional Development (CPD) is completed each year to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
Why choose Egerton Surveying Ltd
The cost of a HomeBuyer Report or Building Survey could be seen as an unwelcome extra expense especially when you have already committed to significant pre-purchase costs such as conveyancing and mortgage arrangement fees. However, it is vital that you get a high-quality survey in order to identify any issues that may arise once you have moved in. As Benjamin Franklin once said, “the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten”. You have high expectations for the property you are buying, and a high-quality survey is essential in realising these expectations
