I'm so glad I got a survey done. The surveyor found £20k worth of repairs that needed doing. We pulled out of buying the house. It seemed that he checked everything, good service and he phoned me on the evening of the survey to discuss everything.

Very prompt at carrying out the survey. I received a call from the surveyor after the survey had been completed and had the opportunity to chat through the report with him. The survey itself was very thorough, with lots of photographs to support the comments etc. Very pleased with the survey.
