We are a professional, well-organised company, carrying out mainly valuations for Banks, Building Societies and Private individuals, together with the RICS Homebuyer Reports, Valuation Reports and Structural Surveys for individual clients.

All valuations are all carried out personally and we maintain a quick turnaround time for our surveys and reports. We always do a thorough job – providing you with the information that you need. We are an experienced company, so you can be confident of the high quality, prompt service.

I'm very happy with the service John provided. Within a week of me contacting him to book in a survey, we received the report which I feel was an excellent timescale. The report was detailed and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic, comprehensive report. The surveyor rang me to organise a survey within days of receiving my request. He then rang me to tell me when he was doing the survey and rang immediately after he'd done the report to feedback. The typed report was received within days. I was very impressed with the conscientious service. It was the most competitive quote also. Excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this company.

Took long time to get hold off. Once we commissioned the survey he arranged the survey with the vendor pretty quickly but never informed us when it was taking place. After chasing up I found out it had been conducted and the property was fine and I would receive it within the week. 1 week went by and no report. Chased up again and got told he was very busy and that he would make it his priority as we were potentially moving in that week. I then got the report the next day. Whether it was already written or it was done really quickly I don't know. Report was basic, but told us what we needed.

I have recently used an alternative surveyor for a property where the purchase fell through and comparing the two survey reports the one produced by John is much more comprehensive in terms of the comments/advise provided than the previous one I had. The only negative point I have is the time taken to receive the report after the survey (2 weeks). The whole exercise from quote to report took 3 weeks - so judge for yourself. I would recommend John to family or friends comfortably.

Promised to undertake the survey before Christmas and to provide the report before New Year. Actually did not undertake the survey until into the New Year because he went on holiday. He them promised to e-mail the report so I would have it more quickly, he never did. The report states room sizes that are incorrect and appear to just copied from the estate agent brochure where the same error occurred.
