Survey arranged and a full detailed report received all within 4 days a very efficient and prompt service I would defiantly recommend Banbridge Estates and would use their services again if needed.

The building survey suggested checking out some "assumed" problems which lead to further investigation reports from specialist companies all of which were unfounded . This I am sure is systematic of all surveyors ,not just the one we chose as we had similar issues with the selling of our property.

Were able to adapt to specific requests, and were available to conduct the work at short notice (good from my point-of-view, but I have no idea how typical that situation would be). A minor point - I am not sure if Maxy was the actual contact person I ended up speaking with on the phone, as the first email showed one email name in the email address, but a different person signing the communication (forgot the name). I understand some companies use standardised template documents, but I think it can tend to lower the confidence that the client is going to get a personalised service (=always a good thing).
