Graham was very fast and considerate, we had to ask him to update his report so it would match with his sample report but it was done very promptly. He helped us to make a decision about the property.

I chose Lawton's chartered surveyors as they were local to me. I received excellent service, the report came back to me within 48 hours and I got to speak with Graham who carried out the survey, he advised that the roof needed repairing and that I should negotiate the cost of this with the estate agent. I was able to give them a copy of his report and the sellers agreed to pay for the repair. I cannot thank Graham enough he saved me a lot of money and I would recommend his company to anyone
