Jonathan was the cheapest quote, but had the best reviews, although not many due to being a new company. He called me to discuss my requirements, penciled me in for the survey and then let me know once confirmed with the homeowner. He then called me on the day if the survey to go preliminary findings and we received the report 2 days later on a Saturday, which was detailed and well presented. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jonathan and Navah Consulting or use them again.

Really happy with the service provided by Jon of Navah Consulting. He managed to fit our survey in at short notice, called me on the same day (Wednesday) to explain what he had found and had the report to me by the Friday. The report was clear and easy to read. We would highly recommend!!

Excellent service. Phone call to follow up the quote, then survey was speedily organised. Telephoned the day after survey to run through results and explain what we should do next. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service, Jon was informative and didn’t mind answering any questions we had prior to the survey. Level of contact cannot be faulted. The report itself was thorough, delivered extremely quickly and included pictures which is really helpful. Not the cheapest company but generally you pay for what you get. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service. Jon was great and always on hand to respond to any queries. Great report, delivered ahead of schedule. I particularly found the report photos really helpful in identitfying any issues around the property.
