I can't recommend Knight Richardson enough. Adam was absolutely amazing, as well as the rest of the team. When you phone their office, you get straight through to someone who can assist you or just call Adam on his mobile. I was always able to get a quick question on points and the right guidance. Truth be told, I was slightly nervous at first selecting them. I was buying a flat in London and they came in far cheaper than London firms (33-50% of the cost) and I wasn't sure whether a firm based in Harrogate would be the right option. However, I knew within a week of dealing with them I had definitely made the right decision. In summary, for a fraction of the cost, you're getting a solicitor with 12 years of experience, who owns the firms and cares deeply about his clients, instead of someone far junior with much less of a stake in the service they are providing. I'll be definitely using them for any moves.

Adam is the most proactive solicitior I have had the joy of working with, my email were responded to often within a minute, he was fastastic at chasing document and extremely on the ball. Friendly proffesional hassle free service. Not the same at all as others I have been in contact with, would strongly recommend. And very decently priced.
