The first contact via telephone - Bev - was really helpful and friendly.
Tony then visited twice to assess the size of the removal and confirm the price.
The day itself was not without it problems but that was due to the weather NOT the company.
Tony and the guys were very helpful and polite. It was a very long day for all as we moved from the Midlands to Great Yarmouth.
I would recommend this company to anyone - no matter how large or small your move is - the price will be fair and your goods treated with respect.

2 guys led by Tony from A to Z removals, moved us from Tamworth Staffordshire to Linton Derbyshire. Hand on heart, I can honestly state that the stress of selling, buying and moving home ended on the morning A to Z arrived to move our belongings. First, Tony looked around our home and assessed the task of loading our belongings on to their transport. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they took great care of our belongings, not only offering advice regarding the way we had wrapped/boxed some items, but correcting any ill wrapped items themselves, which was an additional service which we were not charged any extra. Moving was the last task I was dreading. A to Z carried out an excellent job and we even had a laugh. Moving ended up being the icing on the cake. We never want to sell and buy again but if we do, A to Z will be the removal company we use. Yours Sincerely. P R Crouch.

I would not hesitate to recommend Tony and his crew to anyone moving house. They were incredibly calm under pressure, nothing too much trouble, very pleasant and worked very hard.
Tony took his job very seriously, had a well thought out plan, knew exactly how to deal with every item to be moved, nothing scratched or broken at all. Really couldn't fault them on any level. The rest of his team also quietly and efficiently got on with the job with a minimum of fuss.
Would definitely use them again and would ask specifically for this team of people. They were helping my elderly parents move house and really could not have been more delightful to work with. We were all absolutely agreed on that point. My children were around during the move and they were really impressed that despite being young guys, there was no bad language from this team of any description. They were very respectful and courteous at all times. Thank you Tony and team. You made our day as stressless as possible.

Reallymoving.com were generally good at getting the estimnate and keeping in contact. They didn't however send through a confirmation email detailing the arrangeents or saying that AtoZremovals were to be paid the remaining balance in cash on the day. A confirmation email would have clarified this and prevented any doubt or confusion about arrangements.
AtoZ guys were really good. Took their time and packed the van well, taking care of all furniture. Unloading they were great help and made the effort to ensure furniture was positioned correctly

Really helpful, friendly and very willing to accommodate our not so organised approach without fuss or complaint. Went to extra trouble to make sure we were moved in time and with all of our possessions, even though we had more than we thought!

Very friendly removal team. Came in and took alot of the stress off me. The only think could improve it would be a call maybe the day before to re check what is to be moved. My original 'guess' of boxes was no where near enough. Over all though, very pleased.

The service from start to finish was exceptional. They arrived early and worked without rest and with a level of care and attention to detail I was not expecting. The same care and hard work followed at our new home. Not one item was damaged in anyway. I would highly recommend A to Z Removals to anybody.

Moving house can be stressful, yet these guys knew exactly what they were doing, were great company, and got the job done fantastically. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I must say I was extremely impressed with their work, they were very careful, polite and worked very hard. They were fantastic, gentle with my furniture and covered everything carefully very impressive in this day and age. They must be very proud that they provide well trained polite workers. The workers from various companies I have come across recently are often rude and swear and spit in mine and my daughters presence which isn't nice. Not a nasty word or disrespectful action was made by them just such a breath of fresh air.
I would definitly be recommending their services.

Tony was great from the start. The men we're extremely friendly and courteous. We had a few hiccups but he was able to sort out everything. Fantastic value for money.
