Clockworks in Perth were absolutely brilliant. We had been let down by two companies already, who had delayed 10-14 days before coming to the house to estimate and THEN told us they had no availability for our dates (which spanned a 2 week period). So we became a short-notice job. Clockworks made every effort to accommodate us and managed to estimate and deliver packaging material within a few days, and complete the move within 2 weeks of initial contact. I can't praise them enough. Kim in the office was so helpful, and the guys who did the removal were efficient and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Clockworks to anyone.

The two removal men were first class. Really looked after our stuff and did a professional job. Everyone I spoke to either in person or over the phone was fantastic. Great service from all.

We got the B team unfortunately. They were very very slow and lacked a leader to coordinate them. Past experience with removal firms has been good but the Clockwork team were slow at packing, missed cupboards when emptying and slowed us leaving the old house. Most lampshades were damaged during the move, (we only moved across the street). It felt like because we were doing a short move we were assigned a less experienced team. They took an hour long lunch break on the day of the move? Why? And long smoking breaks. ended up finishing move in the dark.
