Having worked for over 20 years in architectural practices and local authority building control, we have gained a wide breadth of experience in the field.
We carry out surveys of prospective dwellings and provide written report on current condition of property. The surveys are designed around the individual clients needs, and can include as much, or as little information as required.
Whilst working in building control we found we were witness to the poor standards of drawings submitted for Local Authority approval.
