Glenn was very professional, very communicative and explained the entire process he would be looking at to me in simple terms, which helped massively as a first time buyer. His report was quickly turned around and the telephone debrief after his survey was very good. Very willing to work with the vendors and take care with COVID precautions. cheapest isn't always the best value, but Cryer Surveying is exceptionally good at their job. I don't see how paying several hundred pounds more would have changed the report.,

First class as far as I am concerned. Local company recommended by conveyancer would have charged double,, and I can't see how they could have been any better.
