Great service - prompt and professional response and quick turnaround with a detailed survey. No constant spamming with emails and phone calls which is one of the reasons (aside from previous reviews) that I selected this company.

The report we received from WCS was in depth and more importantly invaluable. The 48 page document showed so much more than we expected from a level 2 survey and was so in depth that we pulled out of the house purchase, we knew we had work to to do but when WCS showed us how much we simply could not proceed. Outstanding piece of work.

Excellent response: carried out the survey promptly and forwarded a 67page comprehensive report on the property and were most helpful and informative on follow up calls. I would 100% recommend this company for residential surveys.

We are really pleased with the service that we had. Welsh Counties were very prompt to organise the survey and deliver the report, which was very thorough and comprehensive. Excellent communication throughout, including our first call before the survey and a discussion after we received the report. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the service received. We enquired about availability to undertake a survey and produce a report on the Thursday, and it was booked in for the following Tuesday, which was the week of Christmas and during a lockdown. We then received the report the next day, which was extensive and has provided us with great steer on what to investigate further prior to our house purchase.
