Through our online case management tool, eWay, you have full visibility of the progress of your move, so you know what has happened as soon as it has happened. eWay gives you complete transparency, and control of your move: you can track the progress of your move and see exactly where we are in the process, upload documents, and even contact your conveyancer, all from your sofa.

We have expert quote advisors on-hand to help with any questions you have in the early stages. They want to make sure that we understand your case fully, so your quote is as accurate as possible and you know exactly what you will pay and what you are paying for. If your move falls through, through no fault of your own, you won’t pay for any legal work that has already been carried out.

The conveyancers we work with are available at a time to suit you, from 8am to 8pm most weekdays. We’re also open at the weekends too, providing you with the flexibility you need when moving home.

The company is efficient due to their eWay online system and this is fine for standard transactions. However, for a more complicated transaction like my purchase, I found the firm very challenging to work with. Communications between my solicitor and others in the chain was suboptimal and I was often left having to mediate and translate between them. Overall it made the process incredibly stressful.

Got charged to expedite the funds release for all it was only delayed by my Conveyancer being off unexpectedly. Really bad customer service throughout and would definately not recommend.

Mr Spowage made this a very easy process, was friendly and professional and answered any questions and difficulties we had. The online system was also very easy to use and kept us up to date on the whole process.

Whilst the sales and onboarding process appeared slick, our experience beyond that was appalling. We were stood up by the first conveyancer who didn't join an initial telephone meeting they had arranged with us. The next conveyancer (whilst more efficient) went off on maternity leave and we were handed to yet another who started her holidays on the very day she took over our case, which was within days of exchange of contracts. As a firm, they were absolutely dreadful to deal with. There was little continuity of service, they made multiple mistakes, getting through on the phone was painful in the extreme and we found ourselves having to do much of the work to get the sale over the line. THEY should be paying US - not the other way round! I have made two formal complaints about their service and could not possibly recommend them to anyone.

I did not know that they would outsource all of the enquiries because it’s a transfer of part. It is taking them a week each time the sellers solicitor responds because they outsource the enquiries to someone else. They will not chase them, unless it’s been a week (despite them being the customer to the outsourced conveyancer). Ghazala left during my case, I was not told. The details just changed online. I got an email saying Jowita would call me to introduce herself and talk about the case, after scheduling a call she did not call me. She never calls me. Her colleagues say they will schedule a call, I never get this call. When I call to speak to her, she is always not available. They won’t let me stay on the line to speak to her. She doesn’t respond to my emails. I feel like the whole process could’ve been a lot quicker if they just dealt with it themselves. They just don’t seem very proactive or in any kind of rush. Despite me telling them we will have a housing issue if they do not at least TRY and speed it up (I’ve suggested some of the enquiries are not relevant to us, again, no response). You’re just a case number to these guys. I won’t be using them again.

the final cost was 30% more than the original quote. I expected extra charges but no where near 30%. i had the solicitor charge an extra £175 on top of his fees at the 11th hour which i felt compelled to pay as the purchase of the property was near completion stage. The final cost of using my home move conveyancing was no cheaper than any high street solicitors i am very disappointed with the whole experience. looking back it seems that the original quote was just a worm on a hook to get your business.
