Mr Reliable Removals & Storage

Jim and Tony from Mr Reliable Removals cleared my storage unit in about half the time it took a certain large international removals firm to fill it in the first place. At the other end of the journey, unloading into my new house was equally fast and efficient, with nothing being damaged and everything placed into the correct rooms. This, along with their prompt responses to emails & phone calls right from the initial quote stage onwards, made them a hassle-free company to deal with, and I'd definitely use them again.

Jim and his team were absolutely SUPERB and their work rate and attention to detail was nothing short of excellent. Communication beforehand was always straightforward and they were all brilliant to work with; we would recommend Mr.Reliable without hesitation to friends, family and strangers alike. 10/10, five stars and full marks all round.

Jim from the start was very helpful and on the day of the move was on time . Very quickly got the impression that the job was not going to be as stressful as we thought ,thanks to Jim and his mate. He also had a card machine which was very useful as it saved us having to get cash out.

If we ever have to move again or friends. We would definitely recommend the company.

Not only were Mr Reliable the cheapest quote, they were the only company to offer a 7.5 tonne lorry rather than a Luton van or similar. They were professional, quick, and made our move smooth and stress free. I'd highly recommend them, and would have no hesitation in using them again.

As for ReallyMoving.com, easy to use website and I received several quotes from just registering once. A word of caution, one of the companies that did contact me were quite aggressive when I said I had received a better quote. He was adamant I wouldn't get a cheaper quote than his and demanded to know who was cheaper than his company. I hung up on him when he refused to drop the issue and became aggressive.

Great guys, pleasant and communicative, hard working and efficient.

Was very happy with the guys although we had the unfortunate delays on both days due to:
1) all their crates being full of water so drying off took a few extra hours (packing day)
2) could not get to our place until 10am on move day because they were renting a truck (they do not own any more trucks apparently). This meant they did not leave our new place until almost 9pm that night.

But they worked hard, were really nice guys and did not damage anything.

Company response: On pack and move jobs we leave our crates with customers until they are ready for us to collect once unpacked. We had collected the crates first thing off another cusomer that morning which we do not normally do but they were left outside by our last customer and it had been raining so were wet. We had to clean the crates before use which we always do with each new customer on the day of the move so they are very clean for each new customer even if they were dry we would still have cleaned them. We also packed the three bed property and cleaned every crate by 4pm that day ready to move the next day. On days we are very busy we use a contract hire company for vans which we can normally collect the night before but in this case had to collect in the morning getting to the customer at 10am. We hire when needed to keep the overheads down and do not have vans costing money when not in use. This keeps our overheads down and allows us to give the best value for money to all our customers. We did finish late on the move day but in less than 11 hours we had loaded the three bed property drove to the new property unloaded into the new house and disassembled and reassembled two double beds and two double wardrobes then spent over 30 mins getting the doors two the wardrobes to line up as the customers floor in the new property was not level. Not sure why we have had these comments as they have also said we worked hard were really nice guys and did not damage anything. We will leave you to make your own mind up. Many thanks, Jim.

The whole team were a dream. They arrived on time and worked really hard for 2 whole days. They were polite, friendly and kind the whole time and even drank their tea on the go! The most brilliant removal team EVER.

In a complicated move, issues happen. It doesn't matter what the issues are, but how they are dealt with. Mr Reliable truly lived up to their name. I was kept informed at all times as to the issue, and what they were doing to fix it.

Mr Reliable worked hard, and fast, and every single item we had (including mirrors) arrived in one piece, as scheduled.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a reliable, hard working, and exceptionally good value for money removal firm.

Arrived late but kept in contact to let me know estimated arrival time. Move went smoothly and would be happy to use this company again.

They were polite and helpful to a fault. Both men were thoughful and hardworking. Couldn't ask for more.

Absolutely excellent service including communications

The website was very helpful, especially because we are from out of the country. We were very impressed with the movers that we picked. The website helped us to save money on our utilities as well.
