London House Removals Ltd

We can't recommend London House Removals highly enough. They recently did our house move in North London, and from start to finish their service was outstanding. Kris (the owner) came to our flat to do the quote and he was very clear about prices, logistics etc. He was also very easy to deal with, as were the people we had spoken to in their office. They provided a really competitive quote which we were very happy with- some moving firms seemed to be charging extortionate prices, so it pays to shop around and get several quotes! On our moving day itself the two movers we had were outstanding - they even went above and beyond to dismantle and then put back together a tricky chest of drawers that wouldn't fit down our stairs(!). The move went quickly and smoothly thanks to their efforts, and we would definitely use them again. They appear to be a relatively small business making a real go of it, and we wish Kris and his team well - they stand to do very well if they maintain these levels of service!

It wasn't the cheapest quote (nor the most expensive), but I liked that they didn't increase the quote when I listed more boxes/small items. I was paying for time and it all fell under the original quote. (Other companies increased their quote with # items so that felt it would be stressful as my belongings started to accumulate!)

Great team. Incredibly helpful both on the phone and when the team themselves were actually doing the job. Including being flexible enough to deal with the fact that our moving date shifted twice. The team on the day, led by Daniel, were great and helped disassemble and reassemble various items and got everything down from our 3rd floor flat (no lift) and safely transported and installed in our new house. Great service, would highly recommend.

London House removals were very prompt in returning my emails, dropped of packing materials as arranged and completed a brilliant job on the day. An all round excellent service, and would definitely recommend!

The team were excellent - Kris was readily available and helpful during planning, and the team on the day were efficient, professional and polite. When I was tearing my hair out post-move trying to find my phone charger Daniel even spoke to me on the phone and directed me to the exact box. Definitely recommended.

This was an excellent job - the movers arrived promptly and worked smoothly, professionally and as a very good team. They were very reassuring at a stressful time. All the belongings arrived at the new place safely with no scratches or bumps to the surrounding wall.s

Really excellent

Excellent removal experience. It was a difficult move from a fourth floor flat with no lift and the men worked so hard and efficiently to move everything safely. Both men were very professional and careful with our belongings. The pre-move communication with Kris was also excellent. I would definitely recommend them.
