I was told exactly what would be happening and any questions where answered. The report was written well and easily to understand

Efficient and very detailed. We had to wait 2 weeks for the survey to be carried out. Requested phone call for results to be given as written report came a week later. This was very useful and helped with our time scale on purchasing the property
