Incorrect number of reception rooms listed on the report, incorrect comment regarding asbestos on the property, various other unverifiable claims. Was not able to see the survey until paid for in full and then effectively realized I seem to have bought a pup.
The report said that the textured ceiling coatings and verge tiles may contain asbestos and that further advice was needed if these were disturbed. I am not an asbestos surveyor and merely highlight areas that may be a hazard. The dining/ living room was listed as one room and not two.
