Great communication, we were kept updated throughout the whole process. Jenny is a credit to the company, helping with all our enquiries. I would like to have seen the final survey go into the Gas and Electrical services at the property a little deeper, the advice on these appeared to be a backside covering exercise. However, i don't think any other surveyor would offer more. The reason i have rated them 4 stars, and not 5, is that under the heading for 'Heating' they have observed that the 'heating was not operational' during the survey, so while it looks OK, it should be seen in operation for a full understanding of it condition. Is it too much to expect the surveyor to put the heating on while he/she is visiting the property? Other than these couple of grips which are relatively minor, I can honestly say that I would fully recommend Trinity Rose to carry out your survey, and I would have no qualms using them again.

Lovely people - everyone I spoke to was as friendly and helpful as you could wish. The report took a couple of weeks to arrive but I was warned of this delay up-front, and the surveyor called me on the day of the survey to provide a brief outline of his findings so action could begin immediately on matters of concern.

Very professional and very helpful. I especially valued being able to have telephone conversations before and after the survey with Richard the surveyor who carried out the survey. Additionally Richard was able to provide a summary letter of the survey findings and actions along with photos that we were able to use in our renegotiation's.

We have had two surveys ... The first one took place according to the promised schedule and saved us a lot of money and hassle. We particularly valued Richard's informal same-day telephone report which enabled us to make a decision quickly. The second one was arranged for within only two working days because we were under pressure from our vendor, and again Richard's balanced and calm assessment enabled us to make a quick decision. He dealt fully and helpfully with things that we had questions about. Helen orchestrated the surveys cheerfully and helpfully and we are grateful to her, too.
