The survey was detailed and showed positive and negative points of house surveyed. I was told it would be 5 working days after the survey that I got the report and it took a little longer and needed 2 emails to the firm before I got the report.

Not at the moment the service so far is good and communication has been brilliant despite issues aranging dates with seller.

so far so good: quick and efficient response, friendly and knowledgeable. Have yet to receive the survey but this is because there was a delay in appointing them. Have confidence that the survey will be well executed. There is scope for a free discussion about the report should this be needed.
