Our conveyancing service is friendly and efficient. Chris and Sandra handle all conveyancing cases personally. We provide our clients with a no-fuss approach to their transactions, giving pragmatic advice based upon our years of experience working in property matters.
We are readily available either personally or on the phone throughout your transaction as we know how useful it is for clients to discuss any issues that arise throughout the conveyancing process. We also of course keep our clients informed by email or post, as preferred.
With many years of handling our clients’ property affairs we can take much of the stress and strain out of a transaction by bringing our experience and knowledge to bear on your behalf. If you would like to find out more we are happy to discuss any questions you have on a no-commitment basis.

All communication was clear and considered. Sandra kept me up to speed if Chris wasn't available. I believe they provide an experienced and considered legal service at a competitive price.

They need to be more aware of just how stressful a time moving house is and make more effort to keep customers informed of progress. We had to chase them too many times for an update. I'm sure this isn't a problem when things are going well, but getting an answer phone when things are going pear shaped isn't acceptable.

Very happy with the service, Sandra is a stickler for detail and kept us regularly informed of the progress via email. Sandra was helpful guiding us when needed to push for action to issues, for example when it was appropriate to speak to our buyers.

The site was helpful in finding a solicitor on the web leaving you a good choice of solicitors to choose from. So far Chris has done a good job with speedy attention to the problems that have occured.
I like the idea of feedback by you this shows to people like me that you are more than a search tool and maybe you can use said comments to guide others especially if the solicitor is not very professional.
Maybe it would have been better to give feedback after the move was complete in cases like ours but you were not to know things were ongoing.
