We publish all reviews on either reallymoving, or our partner firms, unless the customer has explicitly asked us not to, if it is offensive, or if we have strong grounds to believe the feedback is not genuine. We only publish reviews of people who have used our services, and we confirm this through a feedback link sent to the customer's email address.

Absolutely terrible. They said something about 3 or 5 quotes on the site. I assumed it’ll be on the site. I didn’t expect my personal data to be shared with every solicitor in the UK. I came back to 17 missed calls and voice mails. I had as many emails. The calls are still coming in from time to time. I had to turn my phone off.

The use of the website was good however I am now being bombarded with phone calls from companies who came up on my search. I am ignoring those calls but it still anoying.

It was easy to get quotes and the recommended companies got it touch really fast. But after some investigation the companies which were recommended have a lot of concerning reviews, and in the end we didn't go with any of them. It would be great to have recommendations based on something more trustworthy than trustpilot.

Out of the firms suggested, only one of those whose quote was acceptable was SRA regulated. I contacted them twice by email for some clarification of their quote and they did not reply. If this was an example of their communication skills, then I am not going to appoint them either. So I will not be using any of the firms you sent me.

Good experience. Ended up going with one of the Surveyors we found with Really Moving. Only downside is some of the surveyors we quite pushy and sales focussed. Called quite a bit and what we really wanted was some quotes and options to look through. Not RM's fault but the firms.
