They respond very quickly and are easy to deal with by phone or email. Their email system though is set up where you get 2 or 3 emails each time they send one. Would be nice to have one point of contact email.

The only negative comment is that on the quotation my preferred date was given and when I accepted the quote (which was very quickly) - that date was not available. On the positive side the quotes were reasonable and the communication was generally good. We have not received the goods yet.
It was made very clear to the client when they booked on the 10th January for the budget price quoted of just 415 GBP from Dorset to Cadiz in Spain we cannot give specific collection dates and times we kept the customer fully informed at all times of the drivers progress and we collected the shipment on the 16th January we did try to collect on the 15th his preferred date however this was simply just not possible. If client had either booked earlier or been prepared to pay additional cost for specific collection time we would have managed to do so. Nigel Hubert Director UniversalRemovals.com

the driver was good. I guess it could have been more expensive but they don't communicate very well. They didn't tell me when the date changed, I had to call them, otherwise I would have waited three days for the driver to come. In addition they send you reminders saying that you should pay if you don't, you will get extra charge, even when you have paid!
The date did not change it was a Flexible collection date based on when we where next in the area but it was collected before the deadline date as agreed, sometimes we only know A few days in advance the exact date the client knew this, we can only tell client which day it will be once we know but all shipments are collected before the date the clients move. Indeed this was an economy service of just £275 for shipment from UK-Spain. If Clients want A dedicated date for collection and or delivery we provide this service too but at A much higher cost than this one was. We ask clients to pay A deposit when booking the job and the balance between collection and delivery date. Automatic reminders are sent our from our accounts department until the Invoice is paid in Full, then A receipt is sent when its Fully paid, its possible that an email could go out within 24 hours of the payment hitting the bank and as not noticing the payment if the client did not advice us when they sent the payment, again once invoice is fully paid A payment receipt and copy invoice is sent by email
