Free Trial


How do I set up a free trial?

After you have filled in and submitted the join us form, we will send you a spreadsheet for you to complete. When we have received this, we run a credit check on your firm and check your RICS regulated status. We then issue an e-agreement for you to sign digitally. Once we receive notification that this has been signed, we start your free trial. It really isn’t difficult!

Is there a sign-up fee?

No, we do not charge a sign-up fee. There is no cancellation fee and no commitment – you can leave our system at any time.

How long will my free trial last?

We give a one month free trial for new surveyors joining our system for the first time. This gives you the opportunity to work out the best way to handle our leads and to come back to us with any questions.

How many postcodes can I have for my free trial?

This depends on how many other surveyors we already have covering the postcodes that you require. Normally it is 2 or 3 postcode areas. E.g. the whole of NW or NE.

What if I don’t feel my free trial has worked?

Talk to us! We may be able to give you some tips to improve your conversion rates. We are happy to review the emails you send out, discuss pricing (but we never tell you what to quote) and your approach techniques. If you still feel it hasn’t worked, we can simply stop your leads and you won’t be charged.

This is great! Can I stop my free trial early so I can have more postcodes?

In this instance, we would ask you to complete a direct debit form, and once this is received and processed, we can add more areas to your coverage. Just let us know which postcodes you’d like.

I used to be a partner and would like to re-join – can I still have a free trial?

We decide this on a case-by-case situation. If it’s a long time since you were on our system, we are likely to offer a shortened free trial.

Leads


How much do leads cost?

We charge £6.25+VAT per HomeBuyer Report (Level 2 Survey) lead, £7.49 per Building Survey (Level 3 Survey) or £4.99+VAT per Valuation lead. We automatically deduct leads which use the same email address within the previous 28 days. These are highlighted on your summary of leads. We will also deduct leads which you know to be from a competitor, but you need to inform us directly.

How do I receive the leads?

Our leads are sent to you by email. They are also available via your partner administration pages so if you have a problem with your emails, they can still be viewed. We also offer the option of sending you the leads by text message, and we charge an extra 10p per text for this service.

I got 3 leads from the same person – do I have to pay for each lead?

No, we automatically deduct registrations where the user has entered the same email address more than once in the past 28 days. These are highlighted in your summary of leads, so you can be confident that you will not be charged.

A customer left a fake number on your form – can I reclaim money back for that lead?

We cannot validate phone numbers and we do not credit for bad phone numbers.  However, we validate every single email address before it is sent to you.  An inaccurate phone number usually means the client wishes to be contact by email.

Postcodes


How many postcodes can I have?

After your free trial, you can take as many postcodes as we can reasonably provide without over-crowding an area.

Can I control my own postcodes?

We oversee the high level postcode areas, e.g. NE or SW.  Once you have been allocated a high level postcode area, you can log in and refine that area, e.g. Keep NW1 but remove NW2. This is totally flexible and you can log in and add/remove at any time.

How many companies can you have on each postcode?

We aim to have 4 surveyors per postcode. If we have more than 4, the system works on a randomizer so you will not receive every lead on that area. In very busy areas we can have approximately 6 or more surveyors per postcode area.

Can I find out how many leads a month the postcode I’m on gets?

Yes, just ask us and will let you know the overall number of registrations that a specific postcode area receives.

Account


How can I change my phone number/address/prices?

Yes, once you are on our system we provide you with an ID Number and you select a password. Using these, you can log in and edit your company details and prices at any time. You are in total control of the fees we quote on your behalf.

Do my prices include VAT?

Your account has a tick box which you should tick if you are VAT registered. We will then add VAT to the fees we quote on your behalf. The fees we hold in your pricing tables should always be NET (without VAT).

I’ve forgotten my password for my admin page – how can I get a reminder?

Contact us by phone or email and we will verify your details and then send you a reminder. We also recommend c hanging your password when a member of staff leaves so just contact us to do this.

I’m going on holiday for a week – can I stop my leads?

Yes, just let us know and we will suspend your leads. They will automatically restart on the date you request.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No.

I see other companies have information on their page in the directory – how do I get that?

You can send us a page about your company – 400 words are ideal – and we will load this up for you.  Our Content Writer will contact you if we don’t receive anything from you, and she is happy to write this for you after a quick chat.

Feedback


I had a very happy customer this weekend – how do they leave feedback?

Each customer receives an automated feedback email. If the customer hasn’t received this, they can contact us directly on [email protected] or you can let us have their email address and we will email a bespoke unique feedback link.

That feedback wasn’t fair – can we leave it out?

We manually review all feedback before it is published. If there is anything questionable, you are sent the feedback and asked to comment on it. If the feedback is dishonest or libellous, we do not publish it.

Do I get to respond to comments made about my company?

Yes, we send you a link so you can respond to feedback.

Is there a way I can link to my feedback from my website?

Yes, your dedicated administration page includes a link called ‘We’re listed’ with details of how to link directly to your specific feedback.

Are there any other ways I can show off my great feedback?

Yes, you can add a link to your emails and print off a feedback certificate as a PDF.
