GD Property Solicitors was formed in 2019 by Bilal Akram and Anita Halai with the intention of building a strong conveyancing firm that would disrupt the market and offer a new way of thinking in the legal industry.

We are based in Manchester, but we also have regional offices in Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham, as well as South London and Central London. We are a modern, efficient firm that can remotely offer our services across all areas of England and Wales, because you don’t always need a local solicitor.
