Hitesh was very professional and helpful. He was patient as my quote was given a long time before the mortgage offer was received but he conditions to check in and reassure me that the delay was not a problem. Hitesh answered all my queries and I am confident in the next stages of the process

The reason I choose PCS over other quotes was because Hitesh was the only one who added in the extra fee because of the property having a 11 month occupancy restriction and it was that attention to detail which gave me more confidence in your firm. As my first point of contact he came across as very professional and friendly with no hard sell like one of the other companies but at the same time he kept in contact without being pushy. I am now hoping he is representative of how my purchase will progress.
