Hitesh was super friendly and helpful. He was very patient and took his time to go through all the information with me and always checked to see if I had any questions. At no point did I feel any pressure to move forward. Even when I said I needed some time to make a decision and was waiting back from another company there was no change in his tone and no pushy comments.
