I was wary of using an online comparison to book something like this, but decided to risk it. The service was easy and smooth, it was a 'no-frills' service - there's not much hand-holding as they're busy! - but if you're a sensible person that doesn't need constant contact and can just let them get on with it, then I would thoroughly recommend. The purchase went through on time and with no issues at all, and was nearly £1000 cheaper than most other quotes.

Finding a solicitor was a daunting task as a first time buyer, and Andy was very informative, professional and explained the cost and process of each step. They quickly setup my file and helped me choose a solicitor (Stephens Wilmot) that is competitive price wise with good experience and knowledge.
